Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery - and in our sessions together we will look at small shifts that come with insight and adopting new thought processes and responses.
I have helped hundreds of people learn to look at their anxiety and worry from a different angle. Dismissing the illusion that life is always meant to be happy and exciting - and taking a realistic approach that life is complicated and carries unique challenges for each of us.

Even still, families experience conflict, difficulty with communication and hardship.
